How to replace the right side exhaust manifold on 2010 Chevrolet Camaro?

The procedure for right side Exhaust Manifold replacement starts with engine sight shield removal and subsequent removal of right bank coil assembly and right bank spark plugs. Then follow with oil level Dipstick Tube removal. Use vehicle lifting equipment to sustain the vehicle body while removing the right Catalytic Converter followed by the Starter motor. The next step requires Exhaust Manifold bolt removal until you obtain the Exhaust Manifold and all its respective bolts and gasket which need to be disposed. The heat shield should be taken off the manifold when additional cleaning and inspection is warranted. After removal of the heat shield and Exhaust Manifold bolts you must install the heat shield again before torquing its bolts to 9 nm (80 lb in). Position the Exhaust Manifold on the engine block before inserting a new gasket that leads to the installation of Exhaust Manifold bolts. Install the Starter motor followed by the right Catalytic Converter then lower the vehicle until you can install right bank spark plugs and coil assembly. The last step involves installing the engine sight shield while running the oil level Dipstick Tube. Properly tight the Exhaust Manifold bolts according to specs will stop emission problems and protect obd ii system operation.
