How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) for Bank 1 Sensor 1 on 2010 Chevrolet Camaro?

To change the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) for bank 1 sensor 1, turn the ignition switch off first. Re-install intake manifold cover if needed. Unplug the ho2s electrical connector from the wiring harness bracket and remove it. Lift and hold the vehicle while observing that it is easier to remove if the temperature of the engine is more than 48°c (120°F). Lift out the ho2s gingerly from the Catalytic Converter, while ensuring that it is not damaged in the process, because it is permanently attached to the pigtail and connector. When installing the new or reused ho2s, an anti-seize compound p/n 5613695 or equivalent should be applied to the threads unless it is already applied. Fit the ho2s to the Catalytic Converter and tighten to 40 nm - 30 lb ft. Bring the vehicle to the ground, restore the ho2s electrical connector, and fit the intake manifold cover in place if it was removed.
