How to replace the Windshield Wiper Switch on 2010 Chevrolet Corvette?

Before starting the replacement work, detach the tilt wheel lever. Begin by removing the driver support panel that covers the knee bolster. First pull apart and detach both top and bottom Steering Column Cover parts. Pull the wiper/washer switch electrical connector out of the wiring harness then press down the upper and lower retaining clips to pull out the switch from the steering column lock module. Place the new switch into the steering column lock module until the retention clips automatically lock at top and bottom then plug in the electrical connector for the wiring harness. First install the steering column covers at top and bottom then put on the tilt wheel lever before attaching the driver knee bolster trim panel.
