Begin windshield washer switch service by taking out both the tilt wheel lever and driver knee bolster cover first. Uncover both parts of the steering column before disconnecting the electrical connector from the main wiring system. Lower the two plastic retaining clips from the steering column lock to pull out the wiper/washer switch. After fitting the wiper/washer switch into the steering column lock module push until the upper and lower retaining clips bind. Then connect the electrical connector to the wiring harness.
