How to replace the engine front timing cover on 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to install a new engine front cover, loosen the drive belt tensioner, crankshaft balancer and the engine mount. Then remove the engine front cover and dispose the old gasket. Install another gasket, reconnect the cover and set the bolts. Lastly, re-fit the crankshaft balancer and tensioner belt.
