Remove front wheel assembly. Mark and loosen inner tie rod nut, then separate outer tie rod end from knuckle with puller, counting rotations. Discard nut, inspect and clean inner tie rod threads. Fit new nut at mark, reinstall outer end with same turns, secure, tighten, reinstall wheel, and adjust toe.
