The (J 6083) will help you extract the snap ring on the compressor clutch coil followed by the coil removal. Before putting in the compressor clutch coil you must clean the clutch plate bolt threads using an m6x1.0 tap and blow out all debris by blowing compressed air through them. Use the (J 6083) to secure the clutch coil snap ring before continuing with the compressor pulley installation by adding the snap ring and tool. Put a small amount of oil on the 0.4 mm (0.016 in) air gap shim then put it inside the clutch drive plate before you install the compressor clutch plate but make sure it does not touch the pulley.
