How to replace the front sway bar bushing on 2010 Chevrolet Impala?

Raising and supporting the targeted vehicle should be the initial procedure when changing sway bar bushings. Begin by uninstalling the bolts that retain the bushing brackets on both sides of the sway bar before removing the brackets. Remove the left-side and the right-side sway bar bushings from the sway bar. First, mount the sway bar bushings of each side onto the sway bar before reinstalling the left and right side sway bar bushing brackets. Position and tighten the left and right side sway bar bushing bracket bolts to 42 Nm (31 lb ft). Finally, lower the vehicle.
