How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2010 GMC Sierra 1500?

Begin repairing the manifold absolute pressure sensor by disconnecting the MAP Sensor wiring harness connector with precision while avoiding any strain on or rotation of the sensor. After removing the MAP Sensor bolt we must pull the MAP Sensor up and out from the upper Intake Manifold using small rocking motions. Check the MAP Sensor seal for damage then replace it if damage is detected. Place a new MAP Sensor seal onto the sensor before setting it in position on the upper Intake Manifold. Fasten the MAP Sensor bolt with 10 nm (89 lb in) torque specification. Complete the connection procedure of engine wiring harness electrical connector to MAP Sensor.
