How to replace the input shaft transfer case seal on 2010 GMC Yukon?

The Transfer Case must come off initially before starting replacement of the input shaft seal. Inserting a sharp punch into the seal first becomes necessary before using the output shaft oil seal remover (J 36825). You must combine the slide hammer with bearing adapter (J 23907) with the output shaft oil seal remover (J 36825) to extract the input seal. Install the new input shaft seal through the front output shaft seal installer (J 42738) after which reinstall the Transfer Case.
