How to service and repair the parking brake shoe on Buick Century?

The procedure for repairing a Parking Brake Shoe requires you to remove the rear Brake Caliper Bracket then the rear brake rotor and the rear Wheel Hub one after another. Remove the parking brake actuator as your second step before extracting the park brake shoe. Checking that the park brake shoe has a proper contact with the park brake actuator marks the beginning of installation procedures. Reinstall the park brake shoe followed by the lining before putting back the parking brake actuator . The rear Wheel Hub needs to go back in position followed by adjustment of the rear Parking Brake Shoe. As a conclusion reinstall the brake rotor followed by the Brake Caliper Bracket.
