To replace the hazard and turn signal flasher start by taking off the LH instrument panel insulator and steering column filler panel. Begin by pressing the hazard and turn signal flasher to the right which frees its tabs from the BCM bracket slots before unplugging its electrical connector. Connect the electrical connector to the flasher then position the flasher onto the BCM bracket. Press the flasher to the left until the tabs lock into BCM retaining slots for installation. You should replace the steering column filler panel and the left-hand IP insulator at last.
