How to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor/intake air temperature sensor on Buick Enclave?

The first step when replacing the Mass Air Flow Sensor/intake Air Temperature Sensor consists of removing the air cleaner outlet duct. Before installing the Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the maf/iat sensor then remove the maf/iat sensor screws and extract the maf/iat sensor from the air cleaner assembly followed by removing its maf/iat sensor seal. You should position the maf/iat sensor seal on top of the maf/iat sensor before you reinstall it inside the air cleaner assembly. Little force should be used to install the maf/iat sensor screws before securing them at 4 n.m (35 lb in). The engine wiring harness electrical connector must be reconnected to the maf/iat sensor before installing the air cleaner outlet duct.
