The procedure starts with Radiator removal before you cut the a/c line coupling free between condenser tube and evaporator tube. The procedure starts by removing the a/c compressor line nut from the condenser while placing the compressor line safely to the side. Afterward, take the condenser out of the vehicle. Throw away both o-ring seals and seal washer pieces. A new condenser requires installation of refrigerant oil during setup. Fitting the new condenser into the vehicle requires the application of both a new a/c compressor hose seal washer and new o-ring seals to the area between the evaporator and condenser tubes. Install the Radiator first and join the evaporator tube to the condenser tube before connecting the a/c line coupling to both tubes.
