Take out the master cylinder after unlatching the two nuts on its connections. After replacing the Brake Master Cylinder you should take out the fluid reservoir. Install the master cylinder reservoir if you removed it during the process then bench bleed the master cylinder. Secure the master cylinder onto the power vacuum Brake Booster while tightening both Brake Master Cylinder nuts to 27 nm and master cylinder brake pipe fittings to 29 nm. Plug in the electrical connection to the brake fluid sensor and use tested techniques to release air from the brake fluid circuit.
