How to replace the Power Distribution Relay attached to the wire harness on Buick Lucerne?

Start by getting the Master Electrical Component List, which will show you where the Power Distribution Relay is located inside your car. Detach the relay from the harness by removing the attachments and removing any CPA or secondary locks from the relay. Be careful when removing the relay if it has been fastened or taped to the wiring harness. Once the relay comes out of the wire harness connector, connect the new one in its place, reattach any CPA devices or secondary locks, and hold the relay in place using the original fasteners or tape.
