How to Replace a Coolant Temperature Sensor Without Damaging the Fuel Control System on Buick Regal?

The threads of the new sensor require a GM P/N United States 12346004 or Canada 10953480 sealer or equivalent before installation. After ensuring the parts match the application you must use, continue the installation process. Tighten the ECT sensor with torque to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
