Twist the back up lamp bulb/sockets out of the applique by turning them against the clock and remove any back up lamp bulbs from their socket if needed. When replacing the back up lamp bulbs return them to their socket. Use clockwise rotation to place the back up lamp bulb/socket onto the applique before you install the lift gate applique.
