Reroute the transaxle wiring harness afterward then place the case side cover back on its original position. A scan tool should be used to reset transmission adaptive pressure (TAP) values because this operation removes every learned value from each cell while the ecm or pcm or tcm will need to relearn tap values affecting transmission performance. Reset the tap values as the last step.
