First, ensure the ignition is switched off and raise the vehicle yours setting the parking brake. Replace the rear wheel, and afterwards, separate the Wheel Speed Sensor connector from the Wheel Speed Sensor. Don't try to put the Wheel Speed Sensor back in use as a new one; simply discard it. After that, attach the new Wheel Speed Sensor to the hub assembly with the connector aiming toward the brake caliper. Install the ring on the Wheel Speed Sensor with the j 44252 installer, and pull the installer to make sure the sensor is seated correctly. You should touch the dmm to the Wheel Speed Sensor connector, choose ac voltage, and manually rotate the wheel to check the output. You'll see more than 100 mv if the signal is working correctly. At the end, you should connect the Wheel Speed Sensor connector, put the rear wheel back on, and lower the vehicle.
