You can uninstall the fuel filler pocket by pulling the release cable in the backward direction. Shortly after positioning the fuel filler pocket behind the door latch by pulling on the release cable you must fasten its 4 retaining fasteners to 2 n.m (18 lb in). Tighten the 3 fasteners that connect the filler pipe to the filler pocket up to 1.8 n.m (16 lb in). The next step should be to install the fuel filler door release actuator retaining nut by applying 3 n.m (26.5 lb in). Then stuff in the fuel cap while finishing up by closing the fuel inlet door.
