  A: Before beginning the replacement of valve Rocker Arm and push rods start by taking out the Rocker Arm cover. The style of engine firing begins at cylinder 1 then progresses through 8 and reaches 7 before moving to 2 and advancing to 6 and stopping at 5 before ultimately arriving at 4 and terminating at 3. This process operates from the left side banks with groups 1, 3, 5, and 7. The next step should involve removing the first cylinder Spark Plug and arranging rocker arms pushrods along with the pivot support in a rack for future reinstallation at their original positions. Begin the process by removing the Rocker Arm bolts, rocker arms along with Rocker Arm pivot support and pushrods. Rocker Arm and pushrod inspection should be followed by necessary cleaning procedures. Application of clean engine oil functions both to lubricate the rocker arms and pushrods and the flange of the Rocker Arm bolts. Position first the Rocker Arm pivot support before placing the pushrods into their correct position in the valve lifter sockets and pushrods in the rocker arms and check for proper seating without tightening any bolts. Follow this Crankshaft rotation step until the number one Piston reaches top dead center of its compression movement where it should be off the center of lift for rocker arms number one. Install the rocker arms and bolts at this position. Install the Rocker Arm bolts on cylinders 1 and 2 and 7 and 8 exhaust valves with 30 n.m (22 lb ft) torque while installing bolts on cylinders 1 and 3 and 4 and 5 intake valves to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). Follow this step by rotating the Crankshaft 360 degrees while tightening intake Rocker Arm bolts for cylinders 3, 4, 5, 6 exhaust valves and exhaust bolts for cylinders 2, 6, 7, 8 to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). Place back both the number one cylinder Spark Plug along with the Rocker Arm cover.
