First disconnect the alc compressor air tube from its clamp at the compressor while also eliminating the alc electrical harness connector from the compressor. First remove the side mounting nut from the alc compressor bracket before extracting both bracket and compressor from the vehicle. To begin, remove the alc compressor top bracket mounting screw while also disconnecting the electrical harness connector from the bracket and releasing the bleed hose from its clip. Disassemble the alc bracket from the alc compressor by removing its screws then detach the bracket from the compressor. You should locate the alc bracket onto the alc compressor before tightening alc bracket to alc compressor screws to 9 n.m (80 lb in). The installation steps involve connecting the bleed hose to the clip then installing the electrical connector to the alc compressor bracket and attaching the air tube to the alc compressor. After securing the alc electrical harness connector, workers must install the alc bracket side mounting nut then tighten the alc bracket mounting bolts to 9 n.m (80 lb in).
