How to replace the RH Blend Door Actuator on Cadillac XLR?

Start by removing the SIR bracket before disconnecting the electrical connector of the RH air temperature actuator. The next step is to take out the RH air temperature actuator by firstly removing its screws and then unscrewing it from its mounting position. Start the installation process by mounting the RH air temperature actuator while following the Fastener Notice. Secure the actuator by tightening mounting screws into position until they reach 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Install the SIR bracket afterward you should reconnect the RH air temperature actuator electrical connector and perform recalibration if necessary.
