  A: The vehicle needs to sit on an appropriate suspension during replacement of the Tire Pressure Indicator Sensor. Separate the tire/wheel assembly from the vehicle. Position the tire valve and cap on a clean dry area during tire extraction to protect the pressure sensor. The aluminum cap serves alongside the nickel-plated valve which require no substitution by alternative materials.
