Chevrolet Aveo Ignition Coil Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the ignition coil on Chevrolet Aveo?
A: Begin by disconnecting the negative Battery Cable following safety procedures from the battery disconnect caution. Start by disconnecting the electronic ignition (EI) system Ignition Coil connector then mark the ignition wire position before removing this wire. Before fitting the new ei system Ignition Coil you must remove its retaining nuts then extract the coil from its position. Insert the ei system Ignition Coil into its designated mount then fasten it with the retaining nuts until they reach 10 n.m (89 lb in) torque. Reconnect the ei system Ignition Coil connector as your next step before reinstalling the negative Battery Cable.
