  • Q: How to replace the ignition coil with variable camshaft phasing on 2009 Chevrolet Aveo?
    A: Before putting in the new Ignition Coil with variable camshaft phasing, disconnect the battery negative cable as the first step. Pull off the Ignition Coil cover and take the Ignition Coil connector out. Take out the Ignition Coil bolts and use the km-6009 (Remove/Install Tool) to take out the Ignition Coil . Put the new Ignition Coil where it belongs and insert the Ignition Coil bolts , turning them until they are tight at 8 nm (70.8 lb in). Put the Ignition Coil cover back on, connect the Ignition Coil to the harness, and finish by clamping the negative Battery Cable to the ground.
