How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly with RPO Code C60 on Chevrolet Blazer?

Check first that the metal coils of the blower resistor do not make contact with metal elements to stop internal circuitry damage when swapping to rpo code c60. Uninstall the a/c control Relay bracket and its attached Relay before disconnecting the blower resistor wires. Unfasten the mounting screw of the Blower Motor Resistor from the ip if needed. Use a sharp utility knife to make clean cuts from all four sides of the access cover to detach it for access to three attaching screws. Insert the new Blower Motor Resistor assembly into place then fasten it using the mounting screw and apply 1.9 n.m (17 lb in) torque force. Place a thin black sealant stripe along the cut edges and let it dry for 15 minutes or until it forms a skin surface. Put back the stud onto the dash panel then fit in the resistor harness before placing the a/c Relay bracket back into its designated spot on the body.
