How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on Chevrolet Blazer?

The air temperature actuator rests at the top right corner of the hvac module. Start by removing the instrument panel carrier followed by disconnecting the electrical connector. Take out the air temperature actuator from the hvac module by first removing the retaining screws that hold it in place. Fit the new air temperature actuator onto the hvac module by seating it on the locating tab before threading on retaining screws while tightening them to 1.9 n.m (17 lb ft). To finalize the upgrade reconnect the electrical connector followed by reinstalling the instrument panel carrier.
