How to replace the instrument panel Fuse Box on Chevrolet Blazer?

The first step to change the instrument panel electrical center or junction block requires complete removal of the left insulator/closeout panel. The junction block attachment to the instrument panel requires removal of its securing screw. The wiring harness wrapping needs to be unwrapped until the individual wires become easier to handle when disconnecting them from the old junction block. Connect each wire-terminal pair to the new junction block before rewinding the wiring harness with wrapping and fastening the junction block to the instrument panel using the screw and completing by reinstalling the left insulator/closeout panel.
