The first step to change the rear sway bar link begins with vehicle lifting and proper support. You must detach the rear sway bar link bolt before separating the link from the knuckle. You should remove the link from the sway bar sequence. During installation you should connect the link to the sway bar then join the rear sway bar link with the knuckle while tightening the rear sway bar link to knuckle bolt to 51 Nm (37 ft. lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
