How to replace the A/C Idler Pulley for the Air Conditioning system on Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to replace the Drive Belt idler pulley for the air conditioning system, you would first loosen the a/c Drive Belt idler pulley bolt, remove the a/c Drive Belt and finally remove the a/c Drive Belt idler pulley. For installation, start with the installation of the idler pulley bolt and then tighten until light while making sure the idler pulley is fully seated against the shoulder on the bracket before the bolt is tight. Next, it is time to instal the a/c Drive Belt and tighten the bolt of the a/c drive-belt idler pulley to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). One should note the fastener notice in service precautions while doing this process.
