A: Secondly, disconnect all the wiring and hydraulic connections, and then remove any extra parts such as air and fuel line clamps, which are now accessible. Do not cover the car with a cover. Normally, this task takes about one hour. This can only be done if you have the designated tools for the repair. Make sure to thoroughly remove the liner, leaving no fibers on the body of the car. Be sure to check that everything is tightly reassembled toward the end of the repair process. Put an oil drain pan under the vehicle, then loosen the Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe from the external Oil Cooler. Then, remove the retaining bolts and pull out the external Engine Oil Cooler after discarding all hose/pipe seals. For installation, begin by putting new hose/pipe seals, then install the external Engine Oil Cooler and attach it with retaining bolts, tighten up to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Once you remove the oil drain pan, attach the Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipes to the external Oil Cooler, making sure the quick connect fitting is fitting correctly. Install the left wheelhouse extension and left fender liner and refill the engine with oil and watch for leaks.
