Start by removing the Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe from the external Oil Cooler then remove the external Engine Oil Cooler retaining bolts until you can extract the external Engine Oil Cooler. All seals in the Engine Oil Cooler hose and pipe should be thrown away. The process begins with installing fresh Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipe seals before proceeding to install the external Engine Oil Cooler. Tighten the external Engine Oil Cooler retaining bolts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Complete the task by taking away the drainage pan positioned under the vehicle. Check the quick connect fitting by pushing it on and strongly pulling it back to confirm proper connection before you install the Engine Oil Cooler hose/pipes to the external Oil Cooler. Finally, refill the engine oil.
