    A:
    Open the connection to the accelerator pedal component before removing the Brake Pedal retaining fastener with its washer. Remove the Brake Booster pushrod from the Brake Pedal and detach the Brake Pedal position sensor wiring plug. Separate both the Brake Booster mounting nuts and the Brake Pedal bracket-to-steering column bracket bolt. Shift the Brake Booster to the front and let the studs pass through dash openings. Keep the steering column bracket to cowl bolt tight. On removing Brake Pedal axis bushings from panel insulation retain the pedal assembly in moving direction toward vehicle middle. Install the accelerator pedal onto its brake connection bracket. Fit the Brake Pedal assembly inside the car while matching its Brake Pedal bracket pilot bushings to the foam cushion panel and setting the booster studs through the dash panel. Run the Brake Pedal bracket-to-steering column bracket bolt and set its torque at 25 n.m or 18 lb ft. Place the Brake Booster mounting nuts temporarily but apply lithium grease to the pushrod pin of the Brake Pedal before attaching the Brake Booster pushrod to the pedal.
