Pull out the check link which passes through the speaker opening of the door. To perform the installation secure the check link by mounting it on the door frame according to fastener safety guidelines. The procedure requires the check link nuts to be fastened to the link following an application of 10 Nm (89 lb in torque) before check link bolt installation with equivalent torque specifications. In the final step of installation replace the rear door lower speaker followed by the rear door trim panel.
