The control module of the Chevrolet Metro ABS is an important part of the anti-lock braking system with high reliability and practically used in Chevrolet Metro models of different years. This module is very important in the improvement of vehicle safety as there is prevention of wheel lock up during the cycle of heavy braking and reduce the probability of gaining skid. Chevrolet Metro ABS employs the help of wheel-speed sensors in its Control Module to try and feel when the wheels are at the verge of locking and then regulates brake pressure via valves and a pump. Through the production years of the Chevrolet Metro, different kinds of ABS Control Modules have been installed on the car- this includes the ESC or the electronic stability control and the traction control, which greatly enhances the vehicle maneuver during unfavorable conditions. It also goes a long way to provide improvements in the direction correction during skids and also in the management of brake forces during acceleration. It is however worth to note that the ABS Control Module usually helps in achieving better control and shortens the stopping distance in most surfaces but it takes a longer distance on loose gravel or snow. That's why, the Chevrolet Metro subcompact car produced since 1998 became one of the most favourites in America, supported by effective ABS Control Module. Looking at its size and the fuel efficiency offered, Chevrolet Metro is still among the premier vehicles in the market and offer quality drive as they secure the safety of the drivers.
