  Start by supporting the hood while you raise it then apply marks on the Hood Latch positioning of the bolts. Remove the 3 bolts along with the Hood Latch followed by detaching the Hood Latch release cable. Reinstall by attaching the Hood Latch release cable to the Hood Latch and fasten it with the 4 bolts without complete tightening. Disassemble the Hood Latch from the hood while removing its 3 bolts and unhook the Hood Latch release cable from the latch. Implementation starts by joining the Hood Latch release cable with the Hood Latch . Afterward tighten only the bolts loosely. Fitting should start with placing the striker shaft inside the Hood Latch's center groove according to the fastener notice. Use the specifications in body front end adjustment for both 2 door and 4 door models to position the Hood Latch correctly onto the front fender. Item finished by torquing Hood Latch bolts to 7 nm (62 lb in) before lowering the hood.
