The initial step to replace the front door Window Regulator requires removing the front door window assembly. The electrical connector of the power Window Motor will need disconnecting. Begin by unfastening the 5 bolts together with the nut as well as the Window Regulator . The Window Regulator installation requires multipurpose grease on all points of lubrication and sliding before you put the regulator unit back in the door frame. Use 5 bolts and the nut to secure the regulator then tighten them to 8 n.m (71 lb in). The front door window installation concludes by both reconnecting electrical power to the window motors when present and placing the front door window into position.
