The first procedure for p series Power Steering Reservoir replacement starts with draining power steering fluid from the pump. Disassemble the mounting studs of the pump and afterwards disconnect the fitting assembly and its o-ring seal. Instructions are to distance the reservoir assembly from the pump housing assembly while you should remove the o-ring seals and and . After magnet removal it becomes necessary to clean it.
