  A: The cooling system requires draining before you can replace the auxiliary water pump. Move the crusher clamp from the front heater inlet hose before disconnecting it from the water pump. You need to loosen the rear heater inlet hose clamp before taking out the hose from the auxiliary water pump. Unplug the electrical cable from the auxiliary water pump and take out the heater outlet hose from its mount. Take out the auxiliary water pump from the vehicle by first removing its bracket nuts. Unclip the auxiliary water pump bracket parts to take out the water pump unit from this mounting point. Start with installing the auxiliary water pump onto the bracket before adding the clips to their respective positions. Put the auxiliary water pump back into its place on the vehicle and fit the nuts onto the water pump bracket before tightening them to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.). Join the electrical connector to the auxiliary water pump while attaching the heater outlet hose to its appropriate clip. Position the rear heater inlet hose onto the auxiliary water pump before attaching its clamp. Position the front heater inlet hose on the pump assembly followed by installing its housing clamp before you add cooling system content.
