How to service the A/C Idler Pulley on Chevrolet Suburban 1500?

Before servicing the idler pulley start by removing the Drive Belt according to Drive Belt replacement (Accessory) or Drive Belt replacement (A/C) procedures. Start by uninstalling the bolt followed by the Drive Belt idler pulley. Position the Drive Belt idler pulley and bolt onto the generator/power steering pump bracket with careful consideration of the fastener notice in service precautions. Tighten the bolt to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) the procedures for Drive Belt replacement (Accessory) or Drive Belt replacement (A/C) must be followed to reinstall the Drive Belt.
