    First users need to remove retaining bolts then they need to remove bolt from the right side head before removing Exhaust Manifold nuts. Begin by taking away the egr valve pipe together with its gaskets and then wash the egr valve pipe mounting surfaces free from dirt and debris. Start by placing the replacement gaskets before installing the egr valve pipe according to the fastener notice in service precautions. Apply the retaining bolts before tightening them to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). After installing the right side head bolt with 50 n.m (37 lb ft) torque you must secure the Exhaust Manifold nuts with a torque of 30 n.m (22 lb ft).
