Proceed by relocating the clamp securing the inlet hose to the water outlet before removing that hose from its position. Start by taking off two bolts securing the water outlet then remove both the water outlet and thermostat . Begin setup by setting the thermostat in place followed by installing the water outlet. The fastener notice must be followed during installation while torqueing the water outlet bolts to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). Reinstall the inlet hose to the water outlet before clamping the inlet hose in place at the water outlet. Finally, fill the cooling system.
