How to replace the auxiliary blower motor on Chevrolet Tahoe?

First you need to take off the right rear quarter trim panel and disconnect all power connections to reach the blower motor. Unscrew the blower motor mounting points before extracting it from the auxiliary HVAC module. Pull off the retaining clip from the fan cage before taking the fan cage out of the blower motor. Secure the fan cage onto the blower motor by inserting it into the proper position then fastening it with the retaining clip. Put the blower motor correctly in place on the auxiliary HVAC module and tighten it with the motor screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in). Reattach all electrical plugs after installing the right rear quarter trim.
