How to replace the Fender Splash Shield on GMC Savana 1500?

Upon changing the splash shield on the fender, one should first remove the front passenger side tire. Then remove the push pin retainers that attach the splash shield to the fender, and then remove the bolt that secures the splash shield. On removing, install the new splash shield onto the fender. Make sure you install the bolt to lock the splash shield and tighten it with a torque of 4 Nm (36 lb in). Then reinstall the push pin retainers back to hold the splash shield in place and finally reinstall front passenger side tongue.
