  A: First step to switch Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring involves taking off the valve Rocker Arm. After turing each boot on the Spark Plug wire half a turn you can safely uncover its end by griping just the boot. Take spark plugs out from the Cylinder Head when engine is cool but still operable, twist them 1 to 2 turns then clear all debris around holes. Insert the j 22794 tool through the Spark Plug hole to retain the valves and link an Air Hose before blowing compressed air to position them. Rest the valve spring with the tool (J 38606) before taking off the valve stem keys and slowly letting go of the spring pressure. Take off the valve spring tool (J 38606), liner spring cap, valve spring, and Valve Stem Oil Seal together with shim number one and number five. Carefully clean around the Cylinder Head valve spring and shim locations before putting 0.15 millimeters (1.5 thousandths of an inch) of oil into the valve guide and Valve Stem Oil Seal. Then insert the new components as follows (1, 5): valve stem oil seal and shim. Start by placing the valve spring cap and valve spring on their respective positions. Then use (J 38606) to compress the valve spring before installing the valve keys and applying grease for support as you confirm they contact valve stem grooves. Push the valve spring compressor tool away to free valve spring force. After taking out the (J 38606) component you must hit the valve stem tip slowly with a plastic finish hammer to guarantee all keys align. Attach the (J 22794) in the Spark Plug channel and initiate the plug by hand. Then torque the plug to 15 nm (11 lb ft). Put the Spark Plug Wires back into place by inserting them at both the ignition coil and Spark Plug. Also push in each wire boot toward the side and replace any removed pieces. At last install the valve Rocker Arm.
