The first step to replace the 8.1l engine Radiator involves taking away the Radiator inlet hose and Radiator outlet hose. Start by taking off the lower Fan Shroud together with the air cleaner assembly followed by uninstalling the air cleaner adapter push pin and bolts to free it from the vehicle. The surge tank inlet hose requires removal alongside the repositioning of its clamp at the Radiator location. It is essential to disconnect the Radiator lines for engine oil and transmission cooling before removing the bolts for the removal of the Radiator.
