Draining the cooling system must occur first when replacing the outlet Radiator hose. There are two duct clamps on the
Throttle Body and mass airflow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor locations that require clamping loose. Start by extracting the Radiator inlet hose clip from the outlet duct while taking away the air cleaner outlet duct. The procedure starts by shifting the outlet hose clamp from the
Water Pump and taking out the hose and repeating this step at the Radiator before removing the outlet hose from the Radiator. Begin installing the outlet hose to the Radiator while placing its clamp at the Radiator position. The outlet hose installation begins at the Water Pump where you must position the outlet hose clamp along with correct alignment of its arrow toward the Throttle Body attaching stud. The installation of air cleaner outlet ducts and the Radiator inlet hose clip should be directed to the outlet duct. Secure the air cleaner outlet duct clamp screws at the Throttle Body and maf/iat sensor by tightening them to 7 nm (62 inch lbs.). Finally, fill the cooling system.
