To remove the Drive Belt, make sure that the Drive Belt tensioner mark is within the specified range on the tensioner housing. Use a 3/8 drive breaker bar to loosen the Drive Belt tensioner to relief from the Drive Belt, remove the Drive Belt. For the installation, install the Drive Belt into all the pulleys except the generator pulley and turn the tensioner of the Drive Belt to the pulley of generator. Check that the Drive Belt has been routed correctly and ensure that the mark on the Drive Belt tensioner is still in the range given in the tensioner housing; this will ensure that the Drive Belt tensioner operates correctly.
